Powerbar PowerGel Shots

The PowerBar PowerGel Shots are liquid energy shots in the form of soft wine gums. The PowerGel Shots are based on based on PowerBar's C2 Dual Carb Mix. This 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio enables a maximum carb absorption rate of up to 90 grams an hour. The PowerBar Shots are also suitable as a carbohydrate rich snack during carbo loading when preparing for a competition. Plus, the PowerGel Shots are ideal to replenish carbohydrate reserves during exercise. Five PowerGel Shots contain the same amount of carbohydrate as a single PowerGel.

The wine gums are easy to eat during exercise and contain no artificial colouring agents, flavouring agents, or preservatives. One sachet of PowerGel Shots contains 9 gums.

Please note: The PowerGel Shots Cola contains 75 milligrams of caffeine per package.

Recommended Use:
Use 9 PowerGel Shots in the last 60 minutes prior to exercise. During exercise, consume up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour, depending on duration and intensity.

Recommended dosage:
Do not consume more than 1-2 packages per day. For caffeine-rich flavours, consume no more than 1 pack per day.
